Independent candidate for Mayor of Tirana, Florjan Binaj, has called on citizens to come together to change the Capital.

Through a video shared on social media, Binaj states that Tirana is not only the city where we live, but also the home we will leave to our children.

Binaj also states that there are two paths: either citizens choose corruption, concrete and an administration with patronage, or we choose change, a municipality with honest people.
