The Minister for Relations with the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, was the first to take the floor in the Special Anticorruption Commission, while she clarified the importance of this commission.
She said that for the issue of membership to the EU, inclusiveness is needed, while she called on the opposition MPs to give their contribution, although today they boycotted the meeting.
" Dear colleagues and members of the Special Anticorruption Commission, the process of negotiations for EU membership will give further impetus to this phase. Continuity towards integration will require the completion of reforms. One of the main challenges is related to the necessity to complete the reforms, such as the reform in justice and the reform in public administration.
These measures come as a manifestation and as our belief that this issue requires a national approach and inclusiveness. The government is not integrated into the EU, but the Albanian state. Our hand to the opposition MPs remains extended. Political debates are temporarily remembered. The dialogue constitutes a new and necessary approach for a new reform of the role of the Assembly. ", said Spiropali.
