The former deputy of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, said in an interview that Lulzim Basha and Enkelejd Alibeaj are responsible for the crisis in the Democratic Party, so they cannot be part of it.
According to him, the court's decision to return the DP logo and stamp is very good news for the citizens, who will have an independent opposition, even though it was unjustly delayed.
" It is a right denied for almost 30 months and it was the end of an attempt to leave the country without opposition. This is good news for Albanian citizens who have an independent opposition. The fact that we have been discussing this issue for 30 months has shifted the focus away from issues of bad governance. DP has been and is one. PD does not have the luxury of losing any of its members, but if you ask me, I categorically rule out the Basha-Alibeaj duo, but the structures will be the ones to decide ", Kelliçi told Euronews Albania.
