Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was summoned today to be questioned by SPAK regarding the privatization of the former Partizani complex.
It is known that the hearing is scheduled at 10:00, while Berisha has been under house arrest since December 30 of last year.
While she herself has not made any comment on whether she will go or not, Berisha's daughter, Argita Malltezi, stated in an appearance for the media that the former prime minister will appear at SPAK.
Berisha will go to SPAK, while it is said that opposition MPs will go to support him.
This will be the first time that Berisha goes to SPAK to be interrogated on this issue, while earlier he refused to appear as the law stipulated at the time when he was assigned an 'obligation to appear'.
Two days later, on January 25, SPAK called to interrogate his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi.
SPAK had summoned Berisha on January 17 for questioning, while Malltezin on January 18, but at the request of the defense lawyers, the questioning was postponed.
The former prime minister was placed under house arrest after breaking the security measure of the obligation to appear several times.
