Democratic Party MP, Saimir Korreshi, has reminded the Speaker of the Parliament, Niko Peleshi, of his request for an interpellation with the Minister of Health, Evis Sala, emphasizing that it should be taken into consideration.
During his speech in the Assembly, Korreshi used ironic tones, stating that MPs have been categorized and that some of them, whom he called "peasants," are not taking their turn to exercise their right.
He also emphasized that the situation at Lushnja Hospital is urgent and cannot wait until the minister is available for questioning.
"Korreshi, with your honor, I have also made a request for an interpellation with my colleague, the Minister of Health. The deputies are categorized here, we villagers don't have a turn? I remember before '90, when I was waiting in line for kerosene, when it was my turn, there was no more kerosene.
"This part of the interpellation is also at the same level. In Lushnje, the situation does not wait for when the minister will have her say. She has some nice jokes and says at the end of the year, but until then, the situation for the Lushnje hospital is not promising," said Korreshi.
