Tomorrow marks 15 years since the massacre of January 21, 2011, where four innocent protesters were killed during a protest organized by the Socialist Party.
On the eve of this anniversary, SP MP Erion Braçe has reposted his speech delivered at the Socialist Party Congress in December 2023, demanding justice for the four protesters whose lives were unjustly cut short in the middle of "Dëshmorët e Kombit" Boulevard.
Braçe emphasizes that he will never "restrain" and that he will not stop seeking justice, as January 21 was a political execution by the state.

Deadly force, the use of deadly force, is a monopoly of the state.

15 years of immunity!
We recall that on March 12, 2024, the Supreme Court, following the Strasbourg decision, ordered SPAK to investigate January 21 as a state crime and to clarify the responsibilities of senior leaders, including Berisha, Basha, and Ndrea Prendi, for the murder of four protesters Hekuran Deda, Ziver Veizi, Faik Myrtaj, and Aleks Nika.
In July of that same year, SPAK announced that it had officially registered criminal proceedings for the killing of the four protesters. So far, Sali Berisha and Lulzim Basha have been questioned in the course of the investigation to fully uncover this event.
