DP MP Ervin Salianji criticized SPAK and its work, as he said that this institution is not 100% independent.
In an interview for the show "Now" in Euronews Albania, he emphasized that ministers should be hit when they are in office and not as soon as they leave office.
According to him, the fact that SPAK hits the ministers at the moment when Prime Minister Edi Ram removes them from office, according to him, leaves room for doubt.
" The criticism I have towards SPAK is how it is possible that interventions are made only after the prime minister removes them from office. How does the prime minister know that only those who are hit by SPAK leave office. Where is justice in the country of the world that reports to the prime minister. I will say that SPAK is 100% independent when it hits ministers in office. Koka resigned from his mandate then was arrested, Ahmetaj left his post and then was touched, Tahir was protected with his mandate and then he was hit as soon as he left ," he said.
