The head of the DP group, Gazment Bardhi, responded to the EU ambassador, Silvio Gonzato, who, upon arriving at the Assembly, said that he hopes the opposition will play its role.
While sharing a photo of the expelled deputies outside the Assembly, Bardhi writes that this is the real situation and hiding the reality behind beautiful words does not help Albania.
Furthermore, Bardhi writes that the opposition has been excluded without a law and with a regulation that was abolished three months ago by the Constitutional Court.
" There is a call for the opposition to play its role within the Parliament; Meanwhile, the possibility of the opposition to enter and then to have the opportunity to play its role within the Parliament is thus presented in reality!
Hiding the reality/truth behind beautiful words does not help Albania! The reality/truth is that the opposition has been expelled from the Assembly without a law and with a rule that has been abolished for 6 months by the Constitutional Court.
Parliamentaryization is based on respect for the Constitution, as the only possibility of coexistence between parties who think differently. If the Constitution is continuously violated, the possibility of parliamentary coexistence between the majority and the opposition is nullified ", writes Bardhi.
