Lefter Maliqi, the former candidate of the coalition "Bashke Fitomje" who failed to win the Kuçova municipality, says that he will soon submit 5 reports to SPAK.
According to Maliqi, the complaints in SPAK are for abuse of office, active and passive corruption, construction without permission, tax evasion, etc.

Soon, 5 complaints will be filed in SPAK, for abuse of office, active and passive corruption, construction without permission, fiscal evasion and many other legal violations in Kuçovo and Tirana. In September, a lawsuit was filed in the Constitutional Court against the political decision of the Electoral College, a decision in complete violation of the Constitution of Albania. There is no going back! Everything will become media. The political and legal battle continues... Right delays but in the end it triumphs!", writes Maliqi.
Earlier, Lefter Maliqi filed another lawsuit against the mayor, Kreshnik Hajdari, in the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office and businessman Pëllumb Salillari, as the person who financed the purchase of votes in the area.
In the letter filed in the Special Prosecutor's Office, Maliqi accuses Hajdar of corruption of high officials or local elected officials.
In the letter submitted to SPAK, Maliqi says that "in the village of Frashër in Kuçovo, residents in several media sources declare that they paid 15 thousand pounds to the municipality for the construction of a road in the neighborhood.
The existing road, built since the communist period, is completely destroyed, with potholes and slides in several places and difficult to pass not only for vehicles but also for residents.
For this road that was never built, 15 thousand pounds, about 20 million lek, were paid in the municipality of Kuçova, says a citizen. We know in which office the children's money was given, but what we know is that they were taken to the municipality. After that, some workers of a company came and only dug a few and it ran away" - claim the residents."
