The leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, has ironized the Minister of Justice after the clash between them during Thursday's parliamentary session in the interpellation on Criminal Amnesty, where Ulsi Manja addressed him saying that "be careful with the paint next time, make your hair blacker" .

Basha also said that a man should deal with women's hair, but added that "perhaps at midnight of the amnesty, Ulsi's passions have changed".
