The deputy of DP, Flutura Açka, has called the approval of the amendment to the law on the establishment of investigative commissions by President Bajram Begaj a loss for the opposition.
In an interview for the show "Opinion" on News24, she stated that the law passed in silence, already removing a constitutional right from the opposition.
" It is our next loss. At least Bardhi received an answer to his letter, while I sent a letter to Mr. Gjinushi and never received an answer and the law passed in silence. Investigative commissions are a constitutional obligation of the left to give to the opposition ", she said.
Meanwhile, referring to the incident of the previous day at the Media Commission, where Bardhi and Noka tried to interrupt her speech, she said that she has decided to implement the regulation.
" I have thought not to violate the regulation of the Parliament, because I have a responsibility to my voters, who can be at least, but this is not the issue. I think I represent those 2 thousand votes that act differently, that don't light the flames. I chose to do the task.
I was labeled as Rama's arm that I was ordered by Bardhi. They don't even believe this type of rhetoric. That's why I made a public appeal to Bardhi and every politician who has opened the door of SPAK.
If Bardhi or anyone else has things that I myself do not know, please say them publicly. I have an agreement with the Albanians. From today on, I will change completely and I will not have an oppositional language, but I will address the people ", said Açka.
He further said that he was never ordered by Basha nor did he come out on the side of SP.
" You think that Basha has so much power, lack of respect towards me and order me? You believe that I can fall to these levels?! Açka butterfly is not ordered by Basha. I was terrorized there as the chairman of the commission... I am a deputy and I am not a woman who complained and I am complaining as a woman. My position is clear. As long as the regulation says that they will come back online only with three conditions, I will implement them ", she said.
