Klotilda Bushka, a Socialist Party MP and chairwoman of the Laws Committee, has been placed under investigation by SPAK because she is suspected of obstructing the discovery of the truth, regarding the investigations that the Special Prosecution Office was conducting against the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.
A day earlier, in the official SPAK announcement, it was stated that investigations were also being conducted against the socialist MP.
In her reaction, Bushka expressed surprise that she was placed under investigation, while she was never summoned by prosecutors.
"I have asked to be heard by the parliamentary group. This is really excessive and I can't wait to be heard by those who have included my name in an investigation report, without ever calling me," Bushka says.
In her reaction, the SP MP states that the maximum number of charges against Erjon Velina and Ajola Xoxa could be filed while they are free.

I have been "speechless" for 24 hours now that I too have appeared on the long list of names that SPAK has collected to leave Tirana without a mayor, based on suspicions linked to each other like in a movie, for which the maximum of accusations against Erjon Velina and Ajola Xoxa could be raised while they are free. But that is another topic.
My question is where do I fit into this and why should I be subject to the mud that accompanies these attacks of his, according to SPAK, which are reported more quickly by some "special" journalists than by anyone who is slandered without being asked at all?
Have I been friends with Ajola Xoxa since childhood?
Yes, and I will never deny it, nor forget it.
Am I also friends with Erjon?
Yes, since my early youth, and I am also proud of my friendship with Erjon and everything he has done for Tirana.
Have I spoken to Ajola during these months of hell that she is going through, being under tremendous media pressure, except in a process that for me has many question marks?
Yes, I have spoken and will speak whenever he asks me or I ask him. But never to cover up the truth, because the problem has never been how to cover up the truth that Ajola shared with me. The problem has been and is even bigger today, how to avoid covering up Ajola's truth.
