Deputy Dhurata Çupi commented on the draft law that the majority brought to the parliament, regarding the privatization of properties.
Çupi has accused Rama of privatizing properties in order to give them to government clients, powerful people.
"The draft law consists in changing the normative act approved in 2008, and the normative acts are regulated by Article 101 of the Constitution, where they arise for a special case and have only one focus of their own.
The fact that this normative act has not changed during the DP government means that it was created for a purpose and was fulfilling its purpose as far as privatizations are concerned at that time.
After 2013, this normative act has changed several times and is in violation of the article of the constitution. It is enough to tell you that this normative act has been changed to define the line ministry and amendments have been proposed in parliament by socialist deputies.
Everyone understands that these amendments are orders from the prime minister to provide government clients with privatizations and state properties, and I have seen during these days that Shalsi has emphasized that there are two or three cases that this situation has not been resolved by law. A provision has been proposed where private property can be replaced by state property, it has been proposed to recognize the right of private entities that have been granted a development permit to build or demolish state property and these provisions are extremely corrupt and clientelistic," said Çupi for "SyriTv".
