Analyst Martin Leka spoke about the primaries in the Democratic Party. He stated that this process will weaken and divide this political force even more.
On March 1, DP members will vote on candidates for MPs, the lists of which will then be reviewed by the Presidency and Democratic leader Sali Berisha.
"It will weaken the DP, we have seen in several cases during the elections in some structures where there were doubts about the process. The DP is divided even though Berisha and other democrats say it is united. It is more divided than ever. And introducing the race in this period would only undermine the compactness that the democrats should have", Leka told "Report TV".
