Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha says that he does not know the decision of the Discipline and Ethics Commission that expelled 26 opposition MPs from the parliament, where he is also on the list, after blocking the plenary session this Thursday. Berisha said that the opposition will continue on its way.
"They think they exclude us, but in fact we are the real parliamentarians today. Even if 46 are excluded, be sure that we do not give up, we do not retreat. Wait, patience.
There is no more withdrawal. We do not know the decision. The only thing I ask is that the steps we will take will be done safely and patience is required because this is not a movement today for tomorrow, it is today for victory", said Sali Berisha.
26 opposition MPs were expelled today for 10 days after the opposition blockaded the Parliament causing the plenary session to be postponed for another moment.
