The deputy of the Socialist Party, Petro Koçi, has refused to allow the academician Artan Fuga to be present in the Education Commission, when the bill for the Academy of Sciences is presented.

Fuga says that Koçi "desires to extinguish any criticism, taking away my civil rights without a trial, unheard of in the history of the Albanian state since its foundation"

Is there so much concern about the free speech of an academician, deputy Petro Koçi? So easily could he violate the civil rights of an individual who is rightly interested in science, education, culture in the country?
