SP deputy, Erion Braçe, spoke in today's plenary session about the concession of fiscal stamps and the fuel marking fee.
He said that in 11 years, Albanians have paid at least 99 million euros from their pockets.
Braçe said that for the concession of fiscal stamps, the citizens have paid 4 million euros per year and in 11 years they make 44 million euros. He said that this tax stamp was the most expensive in the whole world, referring to the price.
In this context, the socialist deputy said that for fuel branding, citizens paid 5 million euros per year out of their own pockets, and in 11 years they paid 55 million euros.
"So in total there are 99 million euros that were paid by the citizens of Albania, every time they bought excise products that had a tax stamp and fuel", Braçe said.
He said that after they took 55 million euros from the marking of fuels and 44 million euros from fiscal stamps, today after 11 years, we do not receive anything, because the concessionaires have not fulfilled what they had in their contracts.
"The marking of fuel was a process that was carried out manually, while we don't even have that tracking system for fiscal stamps", Braçe said.
