The experience of fictitious tenders during 4 years as Minister of Education, Lindita Nikolla has perfected and is applying it during 2 years as Speaker of the Assembly, where every week she abuses millions of lek with public funds, even here she is protected by the position she has.
After the tender, 47 million ALL for the service of her 3 official cars, and 13 million ALL for buying fresh flowers every week; on June 23, 2023, Lindita Nikolla created an accelerated tender worth 260 million ALL with VAT, with the following object: - "Purchase of equipment and furniture for the Visitor Center in the Assembly".
In fact, the construction and equipment of the Visitor Center in the Assembly was 100% financed by the American Democratic Institute (NDI), which implemented a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, while the Assembly of Albania is simply a beneficiary of this investment.
"Pamphlet" has secured and is publishing the official call document that the American Democratic Institute (NDI) as the contracting authority made on December 11, 2020, where it asks private companies to apply by December 20, 2020, for the implementation of the construction project -completion of the Visitor Center in the Parliament of Albania...
However, Lindita Nikolla, thinking that no one knows this truth, fabricated the 260 million ALL tender from the Assembly's funds, for the completion and furnishing of the Visitor's Center, when this is financed by foreign donors.
They were impressed by the fact that this tender will be held on July 10, 2023, just 5 days before the summer parliamentary session closes and Lindita's flight to the beach; but apparently it will be left in silence by justice, because even the heads of SPAK themselves will flee to the beach./ Pamphlet
