Government-affiliated media circles are trying to convey the idea that Edi Rama’s fourth term is not for the socialists, but for Europe. According to this thesis, governance should be done by technocrats and independent figures, including elements from the opposition, creating the illusion of a political openness. In reality, this is just a cover for the consolidation of personal power. Since 2013, Rama has dismantled the Socialist Party hierarchy, removing, denigrating or isolating well-known names, from old guards like Fatos Nano, Pandeli Majko and Ilir Meta, to prominent ministers from the first and second terms.
The idea of this thesis, which clearly seems to have been drafted in the "big kitchen" of Edi Rama's propaganda, is that now, for the fourth time, governance should be done not with the political detachment of the Socialist Party, but with "independents", "technocrats" or even by the fishing that can be done by the "ambitious" opposition.
The chances are that the intention is to create in the public opinion the idea of an opening, of an attempt at political reconciliation by Edi Rama, who has received his governing mandate as chairman of the Socialist Party, respectively by 90% of the permanent left-wing electorate in the country.
No matter how much they are trying to inject a PR material from above to prepare the public opinion, the facts and events that have occurred since 2013 show that the biggest victims of Edi Rama's government have been the socialists themselves. With whom, their leader plays with unparalleled sadism, with the fear of the return of Sali Berisha and the "invasion of the barbarians" who will soon start their noisy voices once again.
Edi Rama's governments have never been a real political mandate that reflects the vote and contribution of SP figures.
From top to bottom, the leader of the Socialists has dismantled the entire hierarchy of the most powerful political organization in the country year after year, replacing it with characters closely linked to power and its affairs.
It is enough to look in detail at the political curve since 2013. The most popular figures in the Socialist Party today are outside it, either sent behind bars, or denigrated and then dismissed.
The list is very long and starts with the names of the old guard belonging to the era of the governments of Fatos Nano, Pandeli Majko and Ilir Meta. All of this part of the founders, were previously recruited not only from high positions, but also from the political representation of party forums, or even from protocol meetings.
Since Fatos Nano, Arta Dade, Arben Malaj, Namik Dokle, Servet Pëllumbi, etc., they left since the time of the opposition.

I cili sa e ndjente se kamarja e stërmadhe e mishngrënësve ishte bosh, këlltup i bënte gati nga një kurban të freskët të hajatit të tij politik. Madje, për këtë u bë i famshëm sa u hap fjala se ka një listë të gjatë, si listat e Stalinit me një radhë të paracaktuar eleminimi.
Pas Tahirit, personazhi tjetër i rëndësishëm i PS-së, ishte ministri i Jashtëm i mandatit të parë dhe gjysmës së mandatit të dytë, Ditmir Bushati. Një politikan që erdhi në ngjitje gjatë detyrës së tij, duke krijuar marrëdhënie dhe reputacion ndërkombëtar në kancelaritë perëndimore.
Gjë që e bënte natyrshëm një figurë logjikisht të imagjinueshme për të ardhmen e gjeneratave drejtuese në Partinë Socialiste.
Suksesi i Bushatit i errësoi sytë Edi Ramës dhe e degdisi si pa gjë të keq, duke e larguar dalëngadalë nga të gjitha funksionet politike në qeveri dhe PS.
Duke e kthyer diplomacinë shqiptare në një vend rezervë që drejtohet me komandim nga bedelët, të cilët nuk duhet ta imagjinojnë se janë ministra.
Puna e ministrave pas Ditmir Bushatit matet me herët që ata e përmendin “të madhin” në takimet me ndërkombëtarë, duke nënvizuar se çdo ide vjen nga Ai, që ka nisur të punojë edhe me AI (inteligjencë artificiale).
Pas Bushatit, viktima e radhës ishte Damian Gjiknuri, superministri i mandatit të parë dhe udhëheqësi politik i disa fitoreve në qarqe të ndryshme. I cili doli deputet në zgjedhjet e fundit, vetëm në saj karizmës së tij politike. Dhe me dinakëri po përdor qëndrimin në hije për të mos e zënë vështrimi i të gjatit, për ta bërë kurbanin e radhës.
Pas Gjiknurit, i cili ishte numri dy i partisë, fatin e tij e pësoi pasardhësi, Taulant Balla. I cili ka mbetur një ministër pa portofol, me veshët ‘pipëz’ nga frika e shushurimave të Edit, i cili përmes veglave qorre të tij i permend minutë për minutë SPAK-n.
Kurbani më eminent natyrisht që është Erion Veliaj, kryebashkiaku me tre mandate i Tiranës dhe udhëheqës politik i qarkut. Mbi të cilin “Zeusi” me syze të kuqe po përdor metodat më të frikshme të Gestapos, KGB-së dhe Sigurimit të Enver Hoxhës, për ta thyer e copëtuar deri sa ta shkatërrojë.

Because he is for Edi Rama, his family, his gang, the oligarchs and also for the group of close loyalists who orgasm when they mention him. Like the new deputies who filled the SP list in the May 11 elections. Who will not stop trying to talk about "the unusual mind that the mayor has", in the hope that he will make them deputy ministers.
