Prime Minister Edi Rama, at the International Conference on Life Sciences and Agriculture, did not spare jokes with the rector of the Agricultural University, Fatbardh Sallaku, stating that he had not thought he could praise a democrat so much.
"Today it has become a vanguard of transformation, of ambition for the Albania of tomorrow. A vanguard of the high responsibility of those who knock on the doors of our universities. There is a merit here not only of leadership.
"The day would never come when I would praise a democrat so much. But I have realized that when the democrats have no hair, it is easier for me to find an alliance with them," Rama said.
