After a marathon meeting with the parliamentary group, Rama announces major decisions in the SP Assembly; ministers are anxious, while in the background SPAK and failures in several sectors increase the pressure for changes in the government...
Prime Minister Edi Rama today laid the foundations for the new parliamentary session, where everything must be done as he says. In a marathon meeting of the socialist group, where there was only show and propaganda, Rama demanded that the Assembly turn into a notary for the government, while asking his people to show strength in the face of the opposition.
The meeting was trumpeted loudly a few days ago, as there was talk that Rama could make moves in the government. This did not happen, but Rama seems to have left the ministers anxious. The Prime Minister mentioned twice in the meeting that he was not declaring some things today, as he would say them at the SP Assembly meeting.
" None of these hinder a large part of the work we do, but help to give space and energy to the work of the deputies. Re-abandoning the territory cannot be an option for this parliamentary group and we will talk about this more specifically in the Assembly, but the 83 mandates demand this insistently. 83 mandates impose many things on this political force ," said Rama at the opening of the meeting.
He also mentioned the Assembly meeting in his closing speech: " In parallel with this, in the next Assembly we will also launch the new membership campaign in the Socialist Party, which will be the spring campaign. Historically, this happens, when others deal with the past defeat, we deal with the next victory. We have elections in 2027 and if things continue like this and if they continue to believe that we will fall from the rain, from the snow or from the processes of justice, the path of which has been opened by us and guaranteed by us, let them live with this hope that in 2027 they will be surprised when they are left without those 5-6 municipalities that they have today ."
Although Rama has completely evaded justice, Rama's biggest problem is not the Assembly, but SPAK. The latest dossiers have shaken the executive branch to its foundations, while Rama keeps in government several figures that no one knows.
While he talks about reforms and integration, it seems that some sectors are not progressing properly. Names like Kumbaro, Manastirliu have 6-10 years in government. While many others have 2-3 years. And as Rama talks about the Assembly meeting, doubts are growing that this Assembly can bring changes to the government. Historically, when there have been numerous changes in the government, Rama has made them at the Assembly meetings and many names will be anxious. /Pamphlet
