Prime Minister Edi Rama, perhaps for the first time in his life, has given up long speeches. At the end of the Berlin Process Summit, he appeared at a press conference with the German Chancellor and Ursula Von Der Leyen. But unlike what we are used to that he talks endlessly, Rama gave up saying that he will not take time. He had only one thanksgiving and that was for God. The Prime Minister thanked him that it did not rain.
"This was a remarkable day that went beyond the predictions of the metrological applications," he said.
