Elena Kocaqi has spoken about the idea of creating a Bektashi state floated by Prime Minister Rama. She stated that this cannot be done, as it would lead to prison, while describing Rama as a puppet who acts on behalf of others.
"Tell the majority that you will go to jail, that nothing is done without touching the constitution. The constitution has an article that not even the people allow to be changed, but these people have gotten so carried away by themselves that when they stay in power for 35 years, they become arrogant and that is why they think that they are the state, the territory, the people. There is no chance, zero.
"Rama is in the service of every individual from abroad who seeks privileges. Rama does not have a foreign policy in the service of Albania, but only of his chair, which has no connection with geopolitical reality. All fail, because international interests do not allow you to do whatever you want. But I think that behind Rama there is an external factor. Rama is the dice of others ," Kocaqi told TPZ.
