DP leader Sali Berisha has once again been bluffed by his propaganda that the US abandoned justice reform with the return of American experts to SPAK.
After yesterday's developments, Berisha continues to say that he will not accept political justice, but will reform it with the Venice Commission.
"What reform? Reform that denies Albanians the right to due process. Officials are being punished, keep a statistic for officials please, communist China punishes more than any other country, but it also punishes politically, that's why it's called a communist dictatorship."
I bring this example because Albanians urgently need a reform of this system with the Venice Commission. Because this avalanche is getting bigger and bigger. The files are getting bigger and bigger, businessmen, citizens are not getting their rights. I give you the example of China, China is harsher in terms of punishments for corruption, but China also gives political punishments. The truth is that it has an incomparable business climate because no one waits 10 years. Because a businessman goes bankrupt in 10 years. So it is an issue that you need to raise your voice. Of course we raise our voice because we cannot accept political justice, but you as a business, citizens must raise the issue that they lack the legal process which is their fundamental right. Therefore, a joint partnership is needed here, to tell things as they are", said Berisha.
