Today in Tirana, the Berlin Summit Process is taking place, where the leaders of the European Union will gather within the framework of the Berlin Process.
Serbian President Aleksandër Vučič did not participate in the Summit but sent the Prime Minister of the country Ana Branabič. While he is in China, where he will participate in the third "Belt and Road" Forum that starts on Tuesday in Beijing.
Prime Minister Rama's friend, Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni, will also be absent from the meeting, who will be represented by the deputy prime minister, Antonio Tajani.
Even French President Emmanuel Macron postponed his participation in the summit to arrive in Tirana today, due to terrorist attacks in France, where a teacher was killed in the north of the country.
Prime Minister Rama is waiting in front of the prime minister's office for the leaders who will participate in the summit.
After the reception, Prime Minister Rama, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, EC President Ursula von der Leyen and Council of Europe President Charles Michel will hold a welcoming speech before the start of the work.
