The ceremony of the official reception of the leaders of the region and the leaders of the European Union at the prime minister's office, on the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard, has begun.
The leaders of the region as well as the leaders of the EU are being received by Prime Minister Edi Rama. The meeting will be held in the premises of the Pyramid.
This is the first time that the Berlin Summit takes place outside of a European Union country.
