Today, the opposition has called a protest in front of the Parliament, which is taking place in parallel with the proceedings of the plenary session.
The protest has been announced to have started at 10:00, while the State Police has taken strong measures to guarantee public order and security during the rally.
Argita Malltezi, daughter of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, from the protest square declared that the time has come for this government and this majority led by Prime Minister Edi Rama to leave and the country to turn to a technical government.
"Of course, the conditions have not only been met, but this government should have resigned a long time ago. With all its scandals, where none of those that appeared on RAI 3 were anything new and that was not known or denounced before.
The narco-state has begun to articulate since the time when planes came like mosquitoes and remained in the sand, PPPs have been denounced continuously, incinerators have been a super-corrupt affair, the laundering of crime money in construction and other non-transparent investments have also been denounced.
So the conditions for the removal of the government are an issue that has been overcome. The technical government is a condition for holding free elections, because Rama has proven that he violates the free vote before it is put in the box, at the moment it is counted, through gangs and state capture. So in all ways this is a government and a prime minister that by definition is in violation of the law", said Malltezi.
