Prime Minister Edi Rama has revealed one of the most difficult moments since entering politics. He said that during the battle to take over the leadership of the Socialist Party, he was under tension because his son, Gregori, was ill.
"The most difficult moment was the moment when I had to fight to take over the leadership of the SP and at the same time I had to follow from a distance with great tension the progress of my son's illness. They were both at the same time and it was a great challenge because on the one hand I had to be energetic, cheerful, courageous, strong, determined to take over the leadership of the SP ," Rama told 'Opinion'.
It was the people who surrounded him that enabled Rama to overcome this challenge and continue his political career.
" In that challenge, people were decisive, starting with him, he was small, but he was very determined in that fight. Then my mother, Linda, everyone. It was a very combined thing ," said Rama.
