Noka removes names that did not win on May 11 from the WhatsApp group...
Sali Berisha has begun purging the party forums of the MPs who remained outside the Assembly. After excluding them from the lists, it now appears that they will no longer be part of the National Council.
Facsimile copies of the WhatsApp group of the DP National Council have been released to the media. It clearly shows that Flamur Noka has removed all former MPs from the group, who, with the loss of their mandate, will no longer be members of the National Council.
They are expected to be replaced by new MPs who secured their mandate in the May 11 elections.
According to "MCN", the names leaving are: Dash Sula, Dhurata Çupi, Helidon Bushati, Ferdinand Xhaferraj, Emilia Koliqi, Lefter Geshtenja, etc.
Next week, the new Parliament is expected to be constituted and it is awaited with great interest what will happen in the DP. The statute clearly states that in case of losing the elections, the leader of the DP must leave. Sali Berisha has not implemented this article so far. While there have been occasional voices demanding a deep analysis of the defeat, everyone is afraid to demand his removal. Even Gaz Bardhi, who was once a critic, seems to have swallowed his shame and sided with Berisha. Agron Gjekmarkaj has done the same.
Meanwhile, it seems that Noka has pushed to purge the National Council of those who remained outside, who could most likely now start to raise their voices.
