Edi Rama and his majority are building a political narrative according to which the Special Prosecution Office is obstructing governance. Essentially, the clash is related to the role of SPAK in investigating corruption and the standard for cracking down on illegally obtained assets. The criticism emphasizes that the institution should focus on evidence, on seizing and confiscating the assets of high-ranking officials, not on the political balances of the moment. SPAK's public legitimacy is measured by concrete results against corruption.
Edi Rama, with his majority, has today undertaken a political and propaganda offensive, putting himself in the role of the victim.
In a word, they want to develop the country, but the political prosecutors of the Special Prosecution Office are attacking the state administration; therefore, the majority has decided to take legal actions to regulate this situation.
Apart from the legal and judicial aspects, this is essentially a political action, where Edi Rama is assuming that, while he inspired the Special Prosecution Office, he can now declare SPAK prosecutors profligate, since according to him they are destroying our common home.
In fact, nothing would have happened if SPAK had not pursued political agendas, but acts of corruption. Nothing would have happened if SPAK had not dealt with denunciations and political interests, but with the powerful people who have drunk the blood of this people.
Nothing would have happened if SPAK had seized, one by one, all the illegally acquired assets of senior politicians.
This is not difficult; it is enough to look at the movable and immovable assets of powerful people and look for the source of income, and until a final decision is made, these assets are seized, that is, placed under conservation.
SPAK has not actually done this, but has pursued a political and diplomatic agenda, which may make sense, but essentially must be based on facts and context.
The first crimes that SPAK should pursue are murders, political murders, and corruption; then theft, robbery of state property, appropriation of public assets and their transfer to private ownership; then cases of abuse of office.
Edi Rama is today a beneficiary of SPAK's dilettantism, as are Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta. When, in fact, this trio should be on a par with the Nuremberg defendants.
If SPAK does not provide evidence of corruption, but instead targets politicians according to the political interest of the moment, it may gain sympathy on one side, but lose public legitimacy for the mission it was given.
Albanians have not asked for the construction of castles like Bastija, prisons like Burreli and Spaçi, or internment camps like Tepelena or Kosova e Lushnje. They want the wealth illegally obtained by politicians to be returned to the public coffers. So far SPAK has not done this. The games with the cases of Berisha, Meta, Veliaj, Balluku, etc., are political movements. SPAK has no duty to deal with them; it has a duty to prove corruption and return the stolen money to Albanians./ Pamphlet

Për ta, Shteti është Edi Rama dhe Edi Rama është Shteti. Sali Berisha ishte Shteti dhe Shteti ishte Sali Berisha e kështu me radhë. SPAK ka ngel pa objekt, ose që të jemi të saktë SPAK ka heqë dorë me dëshirë ,apo i trysnuar nga kasta, apo nga kastat ndërkombëtare, apo për shkaqe konflikti interesi. Po të bëjnë një hetim të thelluar të kallzimeve penale, SPAK-ut do ti dali OBJEKTI si grup i strukturuar kriminal ose si organizatë e strukturuar kriminale. Lidhjet shkak-pasojë janë kategori filozofike për SPAK dhe jo baza e hetimit penal. I ndajnë çështjet në fraksione i degdisin nëpër gjykata. Nuk i bëjnë fare hyrje Kallzimet Penale si material kallzues, për çështje të pa dëshirushme për klientelën, falë rolit të një seksioni të veçantë të administratës së SPAK.
SPAK nuk ka për detyrë të merret me to; ai ka për detyrë të provojë korrupsionin dhe tu kthejë shqiptarëve paranë e vjedhur
