Socialist Party MP Petro Koçi reminded former Prime Minister Sali Berisha of the kidnapping of Kiço Londo in 1996.
In a post on social media, Koçi also recalls that Londo was raped with plastic bottles filled with water and accuses Berisha of being responsible for numerous crimes.
"To accuse you of only major corruption is a political euphemism. You are the crime itself!", he writes.
"Sali, do you remember how SHIK kidnapped your Kiço London in '96?"
