The Deputy Leader of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, spoke about the tragic accident in Durrës the day before, where two minors lost their lives.

And the second mistake, the most cynical, is that these neighborhood strongmen have a license and so that these events do not happen, we should revoke their license. You have given these neighborhood strongmen a license. They do not need a license. These neighborhood strongmen make the law in their neighborhood, they catch the area inspector by the nose. You have these neighborhood strongmen as patronage agents. These neighborhood strongmen, who you know well by name and surname, are the ones who manage the distribution of drugs in 9-year and high schools. These neighborhood strongmen were the ones you appointed as leaders of the local government. You made these neighborhood strongmen deputies here. They should not even have a license, but they should not be political "cardabiani", said Boçi.
