"You said you would win, but you lost deeply"/ Noka continues the

The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, declared that the elections were a farce and influenced by organized crime.

Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Noka repeated the DP's theory that a scheme called the "Bulgarian train" was used, where previously filled-in votes were inserted into the box.

Asked by Ylli Rakipi why they declared that they were certain of victory with so many problems they are highlighting today, Noka said that they could not discourage voters, which is why they made such statements.

Excerpt from the interview:

Ylli Rakipi: Here on my show before the elections, you said that you were certain of victory, but the DP suffered a dramatic defeat, even deeper than in 2021 when Luli Basha was in power. Who is responsible for this result?

Flamur Noka : Ylli, the first in Albania there were no elections on May 11. In the last show before May 11, we held a debate and talked about the elections. May 11 was not an election, but a farce prepared and orchestrated with great care and it was a day that the free vote market was finalized, identical to every city where there is a market for living things, Rama had installed the vote market. The opposition can never face vote trading, it can never enter into a process where the sale and purchase of votes, blackmail, crime, patronage, drugs, corruption, the entire state turns into an electoral state and the opposition enters there. It is a farce determined by the regime.

Ylli Rakipi : Why didn't you use the word farce before the elections, because you knew. Or didn't you know?

Flamur Noka : Keep in mind, it never happens that an opposition makes declarative statements or pronouncements to discourage voters. We are the ones who have said for a long time that with Edi Rama there are no free elections. Since 2013.

Ylli Rakipi: Didn't you know it was a farce before the elections?

Flamur Noka : Since 2013 and until now, there have been no free elections, but farces. It started with the local elections of the Municipality of Korça.

Ylli Rakipi : But since 2013 you have not accepted any election. Maybe since they have been stealing from you for 12 years, Flamur, shouldn't you leave? Then you are incompetent.

Flamur Noka : No one said they were stolen, another thing is a farce. Theft is one of the elements of a farce. For this farce, I was staying at the diaspora vote and following the counting. Ylli, it was the first boxes of Berat, terrible, 99.9% Socialist Party. Beyond any perception.

Ylli Rakipi : How did these come about? Do you have any proof?

Flamur Noka: Did you follow the clash that happened in New Tirana, at Erion Braçe's office, where some people fled there? The same situation was also recorded in Kashar. I also recorded the same situation in unit 3. Throughout Albania, near the voting centers, Rilindja had set up unbranded electoral offices, where citizens entered, took the completed ballot, put it in their pocket and voted, returning the blank ballot right there. 130 thousand ballots produced, thrown in...

Ylli Rakipi : We have proof that this happened, Edi Rama should be arrested immediately...

Flamur Noka : Yes, I'm telling you. 3.2 million ballots were ordered. They were taken to the centers. Now they are missing from the produced ballots, when they are collected, 130 thousand ballots are missing. This is the Bulgarian train mafia scheme. Why? Panic. They felt the panic and rushed in, everything got out of control. Then, another mechanism was, organized crime, the cartels, did you follow me to Vlora? I went to the polling centers, after they informed me that some people with criminal records, with CEC badges, were voting for every citizen. The nephew of the gang capo had stolen a director's badge and continued to vote for everyone and did not do anything to anyone. A brave man wrote me an SMS. I went there and you saw the debate there. I went there and Blendi Gonxhja or Blend Xhabafti came across me? Were there socialists or members of the Vienna Philharmonic? The government media said that Noka fought with members of the Vienna Philharmonic and not members of the Xhabafts. Can you explain it to me?

Ylli Rakipi : No, I can't explain this. Here, the only railway that operates in Albania is the Bulgarian train that you mention...

Baton Haxhiu : I cannot accept the Bulgarian train with the dimensions of 130 thousand.
