The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has reacted strongly regarding the return of the security measure "obligation to appear" by the GJKKO Appeal for Berisha.
Noka says that the blind mercenaries who unconditionally serve the narco-state and the narco-prime minister have their judgment clouded by hatred for Berisha.
Noka also says that the analysis of the decision of the Special Court of Appeal clearly shows that Soros Justice is nothing but Surrogate Justice. The MP raises the question that "why should he appear in SPAK when the file is in court?"
