The former candidate of "BF" for mayor in the municipality of Kukës, Admir Sinamati said that before the elections a person had offered him a compromising video of Gjic, but which he said he had not accepted.
In an interview for "Report TV", he said that he had not seen the material and added that the reason why he refused to use the video was because he does not like to use such forms to spoil the race.
" For your information. In the first week of the campaign, a citizen introduced himself to me, he offered me a compromising video. I told him that I am not a person who persecutes people, rather his rivals. I told him if you have anything go to law enforcement. I have a political battle with my opponent. I have not seen the material that was offered to me then. I am far from these forms. The person who told me about the video was a person unknown to me ," he said.
Asked about the published erotic video of the former mayor of Kukes, Sinemati said that he is reserved to speak as long as this is a matter that already belongs to the prosecution.
" To tell you the truth, I reserve the right to speak since Albanian citizens are familiar with this affair and how long this matter belongs to the investigation and review by the law enforcement bodies that I wish to comment", said Sinemati .
