" DP has made an open, honest and repeated offer to the rest of the divided part of the Democrats and to make every effort and opportunity to go with a common candidate in the municipality of Kukes. This would maximize the chances of winning the municipality. The feedback has been negative.
The immediate reaction of Mr. Berisha, as he was ready to make a coalition with Taulant Balla rather than with Lulzim Basha, gives very little optimism and hope for the positive finalization of this effort.
