Florjan Binaj, the candidate aiming for the position of Mayor of Tirana, as an independent, while also receiving the support of the opposition, has published a video on social networks, about what he considers a special 'flower garden' in the capital.
In fact, it is a square filled with inert materials on "Xhanfize Keko" street. Ironically, Binaj in the published video states that this flowerbed is breathtaking, while listing some of the 'flowers' he has identified, which he names: concrete flowers, breadfruit flowers, board flowers, fiberglass flowers.
"For more than two weeks, this newly inaugurated flower garden has provided fresh air not only to the residents of 'Xhanfize Keko' Street, but also to all residents of Tirana."
As you can see, here you are filled with breath-taking flowers made of breadfruit, tinplate, plank, concrete, glass wool, and stone wool.

You can see that it is the first flower garden in the world to be duplex and how it blends so beautifully with the sidewalk, providing free spaces for all mothers with young children and especially for the elderly.
"This garden is so beautiful that you can even enjoy it from above," says Binaj.
