Despite the fact that the police did not mention the name of the company "Rozafa", it is a fact that the client of Prime Minister Edi Rama, fisherman Gjergj Luci, organized the kidnapping of the sailing ship "Bavaria 50", found abandoned at sea on June 14, 2023 and seized by Albanian state.
At midnight on November 14, 2023, "cubi" Gjergj Luci sent the trawler "Rozafa 14" with captain Andon Nako and his 4 Egyptian fishermen, to seize the sailing ship in the Port of Limion in Saranda, where the police kept it blocked.
With the permission of the Maritime Border Police and the State Police-Saranda, Gjergj Luci's gang freely entered the military port of Limion with a trawler and towed the Veliera away.

The Albanian captain and the 4 Egyptian fishermen of the fishing vessel "Rozafa 14" were arrested, but the owner Gjergj Luca, who is the organizer, the orderer and the financier of the hijacking of the sailing vessel at the seaport base of Limion in Saranda, was not arrested.
Regarding clientelism and the double standards of the police, we are asking this question to the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla: - Why is the fisherman Luc of Edi Rama not being prosecuted and arrested, while the trawler used and the hijackers of the boat belong to him and sent by him ?
