Hoxha and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Kosovo, Xhelal Sveçla, have accused the vice president of the Serbian List, Millan Radoicic, of having led the group of 30 people who attacked the Police. Moreover, these officials have said that Radoicic personally participated in the attack.

On September 26, Sveçla supported these accusations in a drone video, which he said proves that Radoicic was present in Banjska.
