The Serbian Minister of Defense, Milosh Vucevic, said that after the events in the north of Kosovo on September 24, the main question is who allowed the Albanian police from the south to come to the north of Kosovo, contrary to the Brussels agreement.
"Someone is definitely allowing Albin Kurti to build bases in the north, to get heavily armed police officers inside," Vucevic told RTS.
He emphasized that someone has allowed the "mimicking of the elections" to take place in the north of Kosovo, to replace the police chief for the northern region, Nenad Gjurič.
"Serbia condemned the murder of a Kosovo policeman, but what happened next was terrible, Serbs were hunted like beasts in the forests. You can see that someone has prepared it well, when you look at the recordings that they publish consecutively. All this requires further investigation", underlined Vučevič.
Vucevic stated that Serbia is largely disappointed by the reaction of KFOR, which should be the first to react in such situations, to prevent further bloodshed, as well as for EULEX to come out if there are elements for investigation.
