The lawyer of the abused Serbian politician Cedomir Stojkovic, has shown details of the serious incident where Nikola Sandulovic was taken hostage and brutally raped by agents of the Serbian secret service.
He said that initially the politician Sandulovic was attacked by a media connected to Vucic and a few hours later he was kidnapped by the Serbian secret service where he was raped.
"On Wednesday afternoon, first the regime began to attack Sandulovic, showing him as an enemy of Serbia, and a few minutes after the BIA, the Serbian secret service had sent him from their headquarters and there he was beaten by people who work and are agents of the BIA -s and have used violence against him.
When the violence was being used against him, it was filmed and a video was made and they sent it to someone in the government and he was then admitted to the hospital in Belgrade and was released from the hospital within the day. For 24 hours his family had no information about his whereabouts and the Secret Service refused to release information leaving them in agony.
After he was sent home, after an hour the police appeared at the house to check the apartment and charges were brought against him for hatred of the nation after he placed a wreath of flowers on the graves of Albanians, this charge came from prosecutors who are appointed by Vucic's office.
I have filed a criminal case against Radoicic as he is involved in terrorist groups, but I still do not have the concrete facts to accuse him of violence against MP Sandulovic ," the lawyer told "Syri Tv".
