Analyst Sadri Ramabaja said that the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, is hoping that if Trump returns to power, this will help him create a Serbian world.
According to Ramaba, this would be a way for Serbia to give up its pro-Russian support and align itself with the West, but such a thing would bring destabilization to the entire region.
"Serbia is waiting to receive greater concessions from the West, specifically from the United States of America. After all, if the United States of America, when dealing with the creation of the Serbian world, does not see Kosovo or the north of Kosovo, the possibility is excluded that Serbia will give up its almost two-century pro-Russian orientation and this time align itself with the West.
But this would be the biggest price that the region as a whole and Bosnia and Montenegro in particular would have to pay. The political map of Europe is likely to change a lot. Vucic believes a lot in this idea, and even believes that the return of Trump can bring him favors of this nature. The chances are that this issue will be resolved with the Biden administration", said Ramabaja in an interview for Euronews Albania.
