Analyst Nexhmedin Spahiu has commented on the reaction of the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, to the proposal of the draft statute for the Association by Edi Rama.
Prime Minister Kurti suggested to Rama that since the Constitution of Albania requires the protection of the rights of Albanians outside the borders, he should first make his proposal to Vucic for Presheva, Bujanovci and Medvegja.
