" Serbia's attack on Kosovo would be fatal for Serbia. Objectives always remain, but tactics change. The USA at this moment aims to avoid expansion in the conflict in the Middle East, and one of the factors that can influence the expansion of the war or its non-expansion is Iran. In this strategy, in a way, there is also the reduction of tensions with Iran.
China has its own interests, mainly economic. China's trade is controlled from a security point of view, but there are other elements that China is not yet creating a military demonstration. China at this moment is maintaining the diplomatic, commercial, financial field, but not the military one. Russia is not a direct threat to the US, it is to Europe.
China continues to challenge US military power in the future. Today China has 30% of the US military budget but has 70% of GTP. China is working to increase its military power. So far its operational space is around Taiwan and the Eastern Pacific, " he said.
