Former ambassador Lulzim Peci has commented on the elections in Spain and the results that the elections may bring in relation to Madrid's position on the independence of Kosovo.
Peci wrote on Facebook that the victory of the left would interest Kosovo, while the victory of the right is expected to bring a return to the rigid position.
"If the left wins today in the general elections in Spain, we can expect a flexible approach from Madrid towards Kosovo, but if the right wins, we can expect a return to the rigid position, if not more rude than Rajoy's former government", wrote Peci .
"The astrology of the international circumstances for Kosovo, in this case, will be further complicated" , added the director of the KIPRED institute.
