Security expert Drizan has revealed new details about the murder of Liridona Murseli, who was executed in a well-thought-out plan by her husband in collaboration with two other people.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, Shala revealed the operational actions of the Kosovo police which led to the disclosure of the incident.
According to him, after the alleged murder took place as a robbery, the police, in coordination with the Kosovo prosecutor's office, installed hidden cameras in the crime area, where meetings between the husband and the person he had contracted to commit the murder were recorded.
This has fueled the suspicions of the police and the investigative team, who then directed the investigation towards the victim's husband.
"This event has shocked public opinion in Kosovo. Regarding the murder, we do not have the full context and the motives why it happened and the reasons why they pushed the suspect to organize such a murder. In terms of organization, it has been very good, but in the field and applicability, it has limped to complete his plan.
What can be said is that after the murder presented as a robbery took place, the Kosovo Police undertook operative actions in cooperation with the prosecutor and the judge of the preliminary procedure by placing hidden cameras in the space where the macabre murder took place. From the hidden cameras, the identification was made and the meeting that took place between the dora and the organizer, who is the husband of the deceased.
"After the statement made to the police by the husband that a robbery had taken place, the prosecutor's office installed hidden cameras in the locality where the execution took place and from the videos the connection between the organizer and the executioner was established" , he declared.
Liridona Murseli was shot dead on Wednesday evening in the Kosovar capital while she was driving with her husband and two children. Armed persons stopped them and demanded all the valuables they had with them.
Then one of the robbers fired a gun at the family. One of the bullets hit the woman, leaving her dead on the spot. The whole plan was revealed to have been organized by the husband who had contracted hitmen to whom he would pay 30,000 euros.
