The Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti visited today Tetova and Çairi after the invitation he received from the two mayors.
In an interview for the local television "Koha TV", Kurti was also asked about his relations with Ali Ahmet and Edi Rama.
" We have correct reports, good reports. It is a matter of the institutional responsibilities we have, but also political and national, but this does not mean that we are not criticized or that we never have disagreements about anything. I believe that criticism is part of democracy and it should be constructive ," he said.
Kurti also mentioned the cancellation of the meeting of the two governments by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
" It is a pity that on June 14 the meeting of the two governments, which was prepared months ago, was not held, but we did not cancel it, on the contrary, we made all the preparations. It is good not to wait for the next meeting to sign those agreements, which was finally made by Tirana officially, except from Pristina" , Kurti said.
Kurti said that he also has contacts with the heads of other Albanian political parties, but not only.
" We also have contacts with the SDSMN in various international forums, but also directly because they are also among these social democratic parties. So this visit is not partisan, it is national, it is for the benefit of both our countries, it is for the benefit of the citizens on both sides of the border so that they are the beneficiaries of us politicians who hold offices and carry out activities" , Kurt said.
