The meeting of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, with the Special Representative of the European Union for dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the United States of America, Gabriel Escobar, as well as the senior advisors of the leaders of Germany, France, and Italy, has begun.
According to "Telegraf", the emissaries for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue are expected to bring the draft statute of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority, prepared by them.
"The Ahtisaari Package is also the basis of this draft," said a source.
This coincides with a conversation that the representative of the European Union's Foreign Policy, Josep Borrell, had during September with several ministers of foreign affairs (including Albania and Macedonia) in Santander, Spain.
On Friday, Kurti stated that there can be no normalization of relations with Serbia, without security in Kosovo.
