The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, who is in Moldova for the summit of the European Political Community, met with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
In the published images, it can be seen that the meeting between them was informal and in a friendly environment. It is not yet known what they talked to each other.
In this summit, the leaders of the 27 countries of the European Union and 20 other European countries have gathered in Chisinau, Moldova, to discuss a series of issues, among them the tensions in the north of Kosovo.
What stands out in this Summit is the place where the president of the Republic of Kosovo is sitting. In the photo published by the president's chief of staff, Blerim Vela, it can be seen that President Osmani is between the president of France, Emanuel Macron, and the chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz.
"The EPC summit in Chisinau begins with an impassioned speech by President Zelenksy in front of the heads of state of 47 European countries. A great show of support and solidarity with the people of Ukraine. Democracies will prevail against the war of aggression from a hegemonic country", wrote Vela.
During today's day it was reported that Scholz and Macron are also involved in peace efforts between Kosovo and Serbia.
