Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has again defended the criminals who attacked the Kosovo police. He appeared in an interview in the evening, stating that they are not criminals and terrorists at all. Vucic continues to maintain the rhetoric that Kurti is to blame for what happened. However, he admitted that Belgrade has had information for a year that resistance was being prepared in the North.

" For me, as the president of Serbia, those people cannot be terrorists. Can he justify the killing of a policeman... there is no justification and for this the state authorities will take steps ," he said.

Vucic said that there is now more information than on the day of the attack, when he addressed the public in Serbia.

" We will ask that they show us the drone footage of how the policeman was killed. It was not a planned murder ," he said. Vucic then responded to Rama, who criticized the announcement of the day of mourning for the victims.

" Edi Rama was not telling the truth. I think it is a civilizing decision, a serious and responsible decision ", said Vucic.

On the other hand, he admitted that the criminal Radoicic is in Serbia and will be interrogated by the Serbian authorities.

" He will definitely respond to the invitation from the competent authorities in Serbia. The Republic of Serbia and the competent authorities will do their job ," he said.

In an interview with Radio Television of Serbia, Vucic said that Radoicic is in the territory of "central Serbia" and denied that he is injured.

Kosovo has accused Radoicic of leading and participating in the September 24 attack that killed a Kosovo policeman and three suspected attackers.

" Millan Radoicic has never hid, never been ashamed of his role... in something that happened that is not good for Serbia or that did not benefit Serbia ," he said.

" He considers himself a freedom fighter, he has never given up on his comrades and never will, but there are things and questions that he must answer ," said the Serbian president.

When asked about the purpose of the armed group that attacked the Kosovo police, Vucic said: " How can I know this, but I am sure that they went to guard their homes and prepared for future attacks ."
